Sometimes getting things done the classic way is just plain quicker to get things done. One could say it is a lot like having a dynamic operations plan, yet remembering that there will always be those situations that fit a static block approach.
What is the old man talking about this time? It comes down to structure and things that we are used to doing. There are times where “free-flow” of information is crucial to success. Yet we all know that there will be times when a situation demands both free-flow and standard procedures to make it a successful operation.
